RESPECT FOR THE LAND and its traditions

Our aim is to capture the potential of this unique terroir in our wines, respecting both the local traditions and the environment, hence our decision to grow only native varieties using organic methods (certified by CCPB). We grow Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Malvasia (white grapes), Sangiovese and Montepulciano (red grapes) and Ascolana, Carboncella, Frantoio e Leccino (olive varieties).

The wine-making by-products and the pruning cuts are used to fertilize our vineyards. The waste-water reclamation provides irrigation for all of the gardens surrounding the winery and tasting room.

All wines are produced without the use of chemical additives or additives of  animal origin, respecting the philosophy cruelty free. In addition, our wines are stabilized using ancient techniques and minimally invasive as the aging on the yeast lees (sur lies technique).

To reduce the environmental impact all of our buildings are thermally insulated and the winery is powered by a 13kW solar panel system. We produce the 80 % of the power we need to make our wines.
