SORLIVO – IGP MARCHE ROSSO Organic

Bottles produced: 1500

Sorlivio is produced from Sangiovese grapes from selected and harvested by hand in small boxes in our vineyards for over 50 years. After fermentation and maceration on the skins for about a month, the wine is racked into French oak barrels for at least 22 months. Sorlivio is then bottled and left to age in the bottle for at least two year in a temperature controlled environment. This wine is produced in limited quantities and only in the best vintages. The name is a dedication to Vallorani Livio, founder with his wife, Filomena, our company in 1963. The labels were made by Laura Cruciani using the representation of a vine leaf designed by the artist Guido Ballatori.

PHILUMENE – MARCHE ROSSO IGP Organic

Philumene is produced exclusively from grapes of our vineyards of Montepulciano over forty years. After careful selection, the grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes and taken to the basement to be processed. After fermentation and a long maceration on the skins Philumene is racked into French oak barrels where it remains for at least 26 months and then refine in the bottle for a year. This wine is produced in limited quantities and only in the best vintages. The name of Greek origin that is to sgnificare “friend of strength” is a dedication to Filomena Fazzini, founder with her husband Livio Vallorani, our company in 1963.Le labels were made by Laura Cruciani using the representation of a leaf screw designed by the artist Guido Ballatori. ZACCARI – OFFIDA DOCG PASSERINA ORganic

Made with Passerina grapes, harvested by hand after careful selection, this wine ferments and aged for 16 months in French oak Tonneau. After bottling ZACCARI is  aged for  6 months in bottle in a temperature controlled environment. ZACCARI is the nickname that accompanies our family for over 5 generations. The labels were made by Laura Cruciani using the representation of a vine leaf designed by the artist Guido Ballatori.  Trebbiano DOP ORGANIC –  Made with Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes from our oldest vineyards, this wine is produced using our grandfather’s techniques. Two days of maceration on the skins, fermentation without temperature control and aged in small vats on the yeast lees. Lefric contains is a wine with an  unique and exuberant personality, able to arouse emotions and, with its archaic taste, make you travel through time.
