We strongly believe in the message that the Indipendent winegrover association intends to continue: uniting and giving voice to all the small companies that follow the entire production chain of wine, from the vineyard to the bottle. At the fair we will present the latest born, his name is Octavum and the label is made by one of the most well-known Picene artists! We do not reveal anything else, come and find out what it is about in our stand, pad 8 area FIVI. We will also present the new vintages coming out of Lefric (our white produced with ancient techniques) and our two versions of Piceno Superiore doc BIO of the fantastic 2015 vintage: Polisia and Konè! Sorlivio 2012 and 2010 will also be tasted, the wine dedicated to our grandfather Livio Vallorani, founder of our company; produced only in the best vintages, with Sangiovese grapes from our vineyards over 50 years old, Sorlivio is aged 24 months in French oak barrels and 24 in bottle.
